As a cautious trader, I would hold in suspect any bump in volume today. The patent story may have been debunked here, but who knows how far it spread? We saw a good example of buying on false news before on this board. Last time it was an "honest mistake" this time appears malicious. But it may have caused damage to those who did not exercise caveat emptor.
