The German ruling may have impacted licensing. One would think that the ruling would result in companies being more willing to settle. I think the process will still take time. Infringers are still going to try and negotiate a price in their interest. This may be the beginning.

I would not have thought there would be a ruling and the next day or two every company would sign on with us. A month sounds about right for someone who is ignorant to the process.
