If he needs more time why are we required to file to provide the extra time for him? If we didn't file to provide the extra time, what would transpire? Is this some kind of pressure tactic for him to pull through on what he agreed to in the first place? I don't get it. It's like the examiner is getting cold feet and we have to grant him more time to warm up? I still don't get it. BWDIK
