The fishing gods were very good to me.. they let me hook, play and land a nice brite 12 lb buck steelhead on the fly.. one of God`s truly magnificent creatures.. The deal is that the amount of time I invested would usually have landed me 3 or so steelies.. but, fishing gods, I am not complaining...

Local rivers are now closed.. I see a trip to British Columbia in my future...
