By reading the article about IP-Com and HTC in our newspaper today, I asked myself, why TPL doesn't go after HTC here in Germany.

The only answer I can come up with, is that our position seems not as strong as the IP-Com/HTC-case - or what other reasons can you imagine, which are preventing TPL to obtain a preliminary junction against HTC here in Germany?
