If someone is accumulating shares of PTCS, they're certainly not accumulating very much LOL! At the current volume levels, it would take them 5 years to accumulate what most of us hold.

As for TPL being in the drivers seat, - they're definitely in the drivers seat with the MMP but I don't believe they have anything to do with Crossflo!
