The stats I posted are just analysts opinions. They use some mathematical wisardry from trends etc, and when news moves the PPS in either direction, they put out new #'s.

One of those FWIW deals.

From all that I'm reading here and the many PR's (more frequent than EDIG?) PTSC seems to be close to an uptick. Time will tell as with everything.
