Especially if the search for institutional investors was successful - meaning, they are standing on the sidelines and waiting for a re-validation of the patents to start purchasing PTSC shares?

This is only an opinion....but I highly doubt there are any institutional investors waiting for our PTO outcome. We won't see any significant investment by the 'big boys' until we are traded on a major exchange. No institution is going to invest any serious money in an OTC company.
