you're absolutely right - this was my first thought after reading the post with the ligitation search for the 336: IF the action was final AND positive, would they tell anybody and those "anybodies" would start buying and thus we should see more volume?

Especially if the search for institutional investors was successful - meaning, they are standing on the sidelines and waiting for a re-validation of the patents to start purchasing PTSC shares?

Or does this flatline volume and depressed price signal, it is NOT a final action or NOT positive?

Or is it too early too draw conclusions of yesterday's movement with the USPTO?

Or (last possibility): TPL/PTSC are 1.000% exact and don't tell anybody of any good news, before it is not made public (as they did the last years)? And maybe it's not only correctness, but a tactical move in the "game" with the USPTO to avoid every connection between the decision of the USPTO and an increasing shareprice? At least as long the re-validation process is not finalized.
