PTSC's last 10Q report on Jan 9, 2009, for period ending Nov 2008, showed income as a net loss of $932,259. During this period of Sept – Nov 2008 two MMP license sales (Respironics and Rockwell Automation.) were announced. EPS for this period was reported as $0.0, resulting in a TTM EPS of $.03.

In April 2009 PTSC will report results for 3Q08 (Dec – Feb). During this period one MMP license sale (ASUSTeK Computer) was announced. Given only 1 license sale in the 3Q Vs 2 in 2Q (which reported $0 EPS) it seems likely the 3Q08 report will result in $.00 EPS or less. If the resulting net income for 3Q is $0.00 or less the resulting TTM EPS will fall from $.03 to $.01 or less. This will not be good for the SP.

We’ll see in April if any of the new businesses have a big earnings surprise for us.

My outlook is for continued trickle earnings from MMP until the last Q of this year. Any one else have a WAG outlook?
