From the quarterly report from January 2008:

"During the quarter ended November 30, 2007 we had short-term investments in auction rate securities of approximately $7.5 million."

From the quarterly report from April 2008:

"At February 29, 2008 we had short-term investments in auction rate securities of approximately $15.6 million. "

It was solely Mr. Flowers with Turley, who put the money in the ARS.
