Rg is still kept between the missing USPTO decisions, our BOD, TPL, S&L and a bad market at all. What can he do at the current juncture: Nothing!

IMO, antoher CEO would have been able to do a lot more based on the given circumstances. Over all, what ever you do as a PTSC-CEO, you have to face a lot of groups with their own opinion about the PTSC-future. The very bad point is, that the reatail share holders suffers most.
