In the eyes of most (IMO), penny stocks are a gamble, not a core holding. In the same way people head to Vegas knowing they'll probably lose but they still go for the fun of it and SLIGHT chance they might hit the jackpot.

Not as many people are in the mood to gamble these days which in turn means less volume for PTSC which in turn means a lower SP.

Just saying, yes, the market does play a big part in our success.
