1st of all ... NO question is ridiculous or irresponsible!!!!

furthermore i did not say RG has control over MMP - i simply asked if he could squeeze out some time if he thought he needed too ... the answer to that question ENDS WITH WHY IT COULD OR COULD NOT HAPPEN ... NOT that dribble you spewed.

and i dont want to hear that after thousands and thousands of hours of work, millions of dollars spent on what i assume is top notch legal talent (Not to mention the $$$ collected from companies around the world) that they dont know what is going to happen OR at least have an EXPECTATION as to what will be ruled!!!! I DONT BUY THAT!!!! they KNOW and have already planned and moved the company in the appropriate direction!!! BECAUSE ANYTHING LESS IS RIDICULOUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE .....
