While the action, initiated by Deutsche Telecom, to nullify the German patent was positive in the favor of our patent, the decision is expected to have no impact on the ultimate result of the USPTO re-examinations underway on four of the seven MMP™ patents

What of the impact of the decision on companies operating in Germany in manufacturing, importing, and exporting?

As to Deutsche Telecom,

Net revenue for the first nine months of 2008 was EUR 45.6 billion compared to full year 2007 of EUR 62.5 billion.(EUR 1 = $ 1.27)

and, as previously noted, it is revenue and not profit on which infringement claims can be settled in Germany.
