Personally, I do not think providing Duetsche Telecom's name would be done, if we were negotiating a license with them or planned to do so.

So, either we have no intention of ever licensing them, or the process is far enough along that DT gave us the OK.

And there is another reason to be glad. No mention of any appeal by DT, or even the possibility. Yipee!
