I hope your right that we had the upper hand, but the settlement stated both sides payed for their legal expenses very similar to what came out of the J's settlement. So I'm not so sure that TPL didn't give Asustek about the same deal they gave the J's to avoid trial until the USPTO is done with the patents. The settlement would also put more pressure on HTC to settle imo.
