I think you some it up very well.

Eroding confidence due to misconceptions and conspiracies that we have no proof of. We all know what killed the SP and that was Swartz and the USPTO timeline.

The good news is that Swartz has relatively few shares left. So he will have little impact on the SP moving forward.

The patents are still valid. That is the facts and the 336 alone will be enough to go after these guys.

Investors need to give it a rest on how TPL is trying to screw over PTSC. They are in bed together now and the money both can make is great enough to ensure that TPL will be trying to extract everything they can out of these infringing companies.

TPL told us the plan to start with, early mover discounts and then make those who wait pay higher license fees. Well folks it's hard to get these higher fees with the Patents power questionable due to the USPTO re-examination.

Investors start pointing fingers at RG and TPL, RG is not giving us any information on the MMP. I don't know what else he can say. IMO because TPL has the responsibility to license the MMP part of that agreement with PTSC is that PTSC can only release the information that TPL will supply them with. As TPL does not want anything to jeopardize negotiations going forward. Is this so hard to understand in light of where we are? I think keeping a lid on information is especially critical through the most vulnerable time period with the USPTO re-examination.

We must be more patient and see what transpires from the Germany ruling and ultimately the USPTO.

After all what choice do most of us have right now? Who wants to sell now at these levels and take a huge hit on their investment. We have to see this through.

But lets keep our heads as we do know why we're here.

All the best,

Steve
