At the last Share Holders Meeting I believe someone, perhaps Leckhorn, in defense of Felcyn, Johnson, et al, mentioned that there were years when they were not compensated at all. I have never been a fan of them but in the interest of fairness, the compensation of each should be listed for at least the last 5 years. That would put the current level of compensation in its proper context if indeed they received little or no compensation until recently. Moreever, it is also necessary for the company to expalin what each one contributes to the company. I'm not asking for a weekly timesheet of each but a reasonable explanation of their activities. And may I also please not have the usual kneejerk virulence against Felcyn, Johnson, et al. IT's been done so many times before. Just looking for a balanced analysis. The others, Flowers, Bibeau, and Tedwhatever have only been arpound two years, more or less.
