Problem is ARM technology allows user to define left or right and I believe that presented a litigation problem for the 584 if we are limited to one or the other. Just as you say, it may make no difference, but you wouldn't want to go in front of a jury being saddled with that limitation. Which is why we appealed judge Ward's ruling.
