After Mark brought up the additional application thread, I decided to look at the TPL site to see if my memory was correct. I do not see the 09/051263 application listed along with all the other MMP stuff. Man I could sware I saw it there way back. Anyone else out there know if it was there before?
One has to wonder if MMP licenses only includes valid patents. Hmmmmmm Opty
