The 336 is waiting for the examiner to respond to the excellent arguments presented by Moore. Examiner still has Ledzius (variable speed oscillator) to use against us, but he has to come up with some prior art using an independant second clock. That is why the German Patent Court decision is so important. The 336 clocking system is the heart of that patent. If there were any prior art containing the second independant clock, they would have found it.
