Have some of you forgotten that there is written agreement between PTSC and TPL as to the conduct of both parties in pursuing licensing the MMP? This is included in the agreement resulting in 50% ownership by PTSC and 50% ownership by TPL of the MMP. It simply makes sense to speak with one voice.

Phoenix Digital Solutions (PDS) is a joint venture established via agreements entered into between Patriot Scientific and The TPL Group in June 2005. Patriot and TPL each own 50% of the joint venture and share in the proceeds of licensing activities as distributed by the joint venture pursuant to the agreements. Alliacense, a TPL Group entity, is solely responsible for the commercialization and licensing of this unified patent portfolio.
