As to the date of the GERMANY VALIDITY FILING: If I understand you correctly, you indicate that date to be 1/3/2001 or 9/13/2000. Are you implying it took about 8 years to get the patent through the German validity examination??? Or was the recent validity announcement the results of a second validity exam???

I am implying nothing of the sort, and the recent validity confirmation relates to a request in 2007(as has been discussed at length here).

Many here have provided direct links to factual information and actual court documentation, that some are unprepared to take the time to fully read but offer speculative opinions that bear little relationship to the facts.

Partial DD, in my very humble opinion, is as bad unfounded speculation. This has nothing to do with "character assassinations" nor "being personally derogatory" but a simple attempt to mitigate FUD, intentional or otherwise.
