I agree 100% with you and I guess my main problem with RG is, that I do not feel RG told us the truth at his start in March 08.

No more "I'm very excited about the future...", if one knows the situation will get very hard as long as the USPTO doesn't decide on the patents.

Tell it like it is, the shareprice is in the cellar anyway - why not tell us, that as long as there is no decision from the USPTO and NO license money from the MMP it will be a very hard way to survive, but he's doing all the best to do his job?

In a nut shell: I'm thirsty for "true" statements by this company - in either direction!
