The 336 is just open for discussion between Moore and the examiner, nothing more. I feel secure that his (the examiner) arguments will be overturned especially in light of the German ruling. Lets face it, this guy doesn't want to look like an idiot. I don't know how the German patent system deals with , or if it does at all, with Obviousness. But there is no way that the 336 is obvious. If it were then it would have been to all the large manufacturers who were making there inferior chip designs for years. Couldn't have been too obvious in my opinion.
