The whole post was an effort to demonstrate how the Germany patent could be used as leverage to avoid a court case in Germany and sell a world wide MMP license at a similar price to our past sales
Past sales have been based on early bird licenses and ongoing re-examinations. Germany has validated the patent in its entirety. Leckrone has stated the price has "gone up" and I have seen no further mention of early bird prices in any current material from PTSC, TPL, or Alliacense. To revert to early bird prices, in my very humble opinion, completely ignores the strength of the German validation and implies a lack of faith in that strength.
Time is not on our side, we need the money or we will soon need another loan from Swartz. Besides, there are new laser chips on the horizon, that could make our technology obsolete
The above is, I humbly suggest, another example of pure FUD. Please explain why "time is not on our side," why "we will need another loan from Swartz," and if your "horizon, that could make our technology obsolete" is outwith the current patents expiry dates.
In the next 5-10 years by all estimates we should have a processor capable of 1Tbps throughput, at least according to Intel(Sep 21st 2006).

It would appear that we are looking at a horizon approaching 2016.
I suggest you read the claims of harassment made by the T3s.
I always thought the reason for the T2 (one settled) claim was inability to agree on a mutually acceptable license fee - corrections more that welcome.
Be well
