Unless this case in Germany started the day after our last quarter closing...Dec 1 2008....then I see a major problem with the following paragraph... which was also made and signed by our CFO , Mr. Flowers....These statements are the requirement of the Sarbanes-Oxley ACT....and we all know why that was instituted...so either we have a trial starting after the Quarter-ending or we have an ommisison of a pertinent fact that both men either knew nothing about or have just, IMO, committed a SEC violation....just imagine the consequences if the decision had gone the other way
