I would think the USTPO examiner would at least want to read the German courts findings. Would this decision show up when they do a litigation search?

Both the 148 and the 336 came from original patent 749 that was filed Aug. 3, 1989. We then filed the 336 patent (alone) on 9/15/98. We filed the 148 patent (alone) on 7/22/03.
