I disagree...it was only 17 days ago we had our first open Conference call with a lot of information...and the opportunity to ask any question you may have had at that time.

IMO if a CC is scheduled to happen every quarter, there is no need to have a letter from RG in the 2 months we'd have with no communication...It's awful tough to address our concerns on a monthly basis when nothing is really happening at this time...which is one of our concerns I know...but his letters would be superfulous...If there is news or happenings we need to know or should know...there is no doubt in my mind that RG will PR it for the whole public domain to know.

I know we all are wondering about the PTO but there is nothing he really can say but that they plan on defending our patents to the fullest...other than that he really should stay mute till we hear definitively from the PTO.
