How do we go one if some claims are rejected but the patents sofar are vaild?

We are talking a lot of rejected claims which are weaken our MMP patents to a certain/serious level. However, the patents are due to my knowledge still valid.

My questions are:

- What's possible for TLP/PTSC with such patents?

- Are they totally worthless?

- Can we still collect some money by infrigers?
