Admittedly, I did not expect another non-final action...obviously another delay of 3-9 months IMO...we'll probably get 2 months to respond like the last non-final action and then it's back in the hands of the examiner for his further perusal.

I've seen this occur before, even more so than the ...148...example listed below...let's hope the ...336 gets a final action of notice of intent, with no more delays, but like I said it is not uncommon to see this drawn out like it has.
