As you all know I was concerned about the GD old news article on the website so I called him. He did not return my call before I had to leave to do errands. When I got back there was a message on my phone from him--I called him back and he was not available at the time--he called me back immediately. I did not know about Pat at the time and he said nothing about the situation. Here are the things we talked about.

1)The news about GD is factual-they did license the ignite,but changed some design of theirs along the way and decided to go another route for now. The license is valid for 5 to 7 years (he could not remember which).

2)They have been talking to several law firms and have narrowed it down to a few.

3) The suits against Intel and the big 5 are still pending unless a settlement is reached.

4) They have been in talks with TPL all along.

5) TPL`s agreement with Intel is said to have a ``cloud on it at this time``

6) This has been all time consuming for them and he is losing weight (which he is happy about).

I left the house to complete errands after that and am just now getting to post. I have to agree with biajj at this point. I think that we are about to be joined at the hip-Moore and team will be our new designers and Leckrone will hold a prominent place on the bod. This is just speculation on my part--Jeff said nothing of the kind--he did remind me that they had offered us a meager amount at one point, however. I`m hanging in there, ads
