We need to calm down and remember that the reexamination process is still going on at the USPTO. The USPTO has not made a final decision on the 148 and 336 patents yet. IMO RG does not know how or when the USPTO will rule. His guess is as good as ours. We need to relax and excersise more patients and tolerance as hard as that is to do.
