As often said I see the small progress we are doing with the transition process, but to me it's more than obvious now, that we were completely fooled between end of 2005 and beginning of 2008:

The financial numbers, which we were told regarding the income from the MMP (see interviews with Pohl, statements of Turley), were wrong or at least highly speculative.

By reading the transcript of yesterday's CC I get the impression, the company is not expecting bigger money in the next time, which means IMO the M&A train will have to stop (or has stopped already).

And with only 20mio/year coming from the MMP (see Cohen report) we will have tremendous problems to finance interesting objectives for our M&A in the next years.

USPTO is the only miracle, which will help us - nothing else.
