I don't believe PTSC ever owned part of Nupower and it was never presented in the Q as an acquisition...just as a working relationship to partner on their patents..no financial details they say will be provided..since then we've dropped them so I see no revenue nor does the Q project any revenue for Nu Power
Patriot announced the phase one, “validation phase” agreement, whereby both companies will work exclusively together to commercialize NuPOWER’s extensive portfolio consisting of more than 60 claims covered under four issued and allowed patents.
As far as Avot is concerned the Q has information on where we stand with them on a ownership phase(37.1%) but no distinct revenue reporting... just what we had to spend
Cash used during the six months ended November 30, 2008 included approximately $668,000 in purchases of Crossflo and Avot convertible notes, approximately $1,050,000 in purchases of Avot preferred stock and approximately $497,000 in purchases of Talis LLC membership units and approximately $2,546,000 in the acquisition of Crossflo.
