Thanks for your post you have a better handle on the PTO than I that's for sure.

Its a little odd that the PTO examiner went along the Markman on claim 29 of the 584 patent but yet seems to be dragging his heals on the 148 and 336 patents which were overwhelmingly in our favor in the Markman.

Can we get an idea of how long the 584 was under review and compare that length of time to how long the 148 and 336 patents have been under review to get an idea when the PTO might be making thier decision on the 148 and 336 patents? Are we a month away or two years away from a ruling by the PTO?

Also in your opinion is the 584 patent dead with the rejection of claim 29 or do you think TPL/PTSC will try to fight the decision of the PTO on the 584?
