It still doesn't mean PTSC will get listed. First you have to meet all the requirements, including PPS for a sustained period. Then you have to apply. Then you have to pay. Then they decide whether to list you or not. Then you get listed. If PTSC met all the requirements tomorrow, I wouldn't expect a listing for a year or more.
