I think any discussion regarding an R/S became a moot point after the last SH letter. It is only a matter of when, not if. I expect Mr. Goerner to discuss it during the web cast in a very general sense. I'm sure he will give investors an idea of what he considers the appropriate environment for such action. In our current state it is inevitable, even with PTO validation. IMO.
