Well I wouldn't call the re-cert the whole shebang but it is very very important...if and when it comes to pass we'll get our bounce in the PPS but what it will be, is like a door of opportunity opening for us...either we pass through with cautious steps going forward or we run through that door with high $$$ demands in our hands and getting our way as soon as possible...the more time it takes to settle with the 300+ notifications we have out there the longer this will drift around and maybe even pull back...once that door is open to us we need to take advantage of it and "show our behinds" a little with contracts ready for the signing.

Now don't be surprised it some of the big boys remain stubborn as long as there are cases pending about wether or not certain entites really infringe or not...the supposed infringers will always want to take as much time as they can, hoping for less of a monetary settlement to be made and they know that time and delay will not sit well with the "street" and our PPS....so the ball will be in our court...how well and also importantly, how quickly, we can show license successes...the better for our PPS.

JMHO
