I'm surprised no one has speculated on the following statement from the shareholder letter:

I will endeavor early next year to provide a more thorough update of the MMP portfolio and USPTO activities.

Does this mean RG will talk about the recent 584 re-exam result? - or - Does it mean he's expecting to hear something from the USPTO on the other patents "early next year"? Does anyone know if the USPTO actually give you a time frame?

I guess we'll just have to wait for the volume and price to start creeping up again before we know if anything is going on.
