"Okay, I took the lazy route rather than signing up for PACER.

At my request, a very nice young lady in the Clerk of Court's office
in Marshall reviewed the J3 case in PACER, which is suit number 2:05-
cv-494. She advised me that the case is completely closed due to the
fact that the prior appeal (which, as you will recall, involved ARM)
has been completed, and that, to her knowledge, the case is not
being monitored, followed, or anything else by anyone in the
EDoT/Marshall. This is in accord with what I was told last week by
another of the Court personnel............

...........I continue to hope I'm wrong about the MOU, but again, I'm not seeing
or hearing anything that leads me to that conclusion. Best wishes to
