I don't think the USPTO makes deals. There is too much money involved to make deals on patents, it would also be unfair, and illegal. It is what it is.

As far as an uptick on share price on bad news, how many times in the past has the price gone down on good news? Someone may be selling on good news, and not on bad.

AS far as the 336 goes. I think we will be alright. My only concern would be with the examiners concern with the term "independent" refering to the clocks. This is the one we need, where most of the money is gong to be. And I believe once we lost our appeal on Judge Wards decision with claim"29" on the 584 it was a forgone conclusion our expectations were greatly lessened about the re-exam process on that one.
