From what I've read, I believe ARM's tech is provided in such a way that the chipmaker/designer can use either or right or left.

As far as the PTO rejection of the 584, I believe those trial claim charts came back to hurt us on the 584. If indeed the claim charts factored into the rejection, then I would not expect any appeal. Opty
