Normally, even when we expect a non-final rejection (and the news comes out), the sp heads lower.
Today, although expected, we have a final rejection, and we go up.
Could this be the MM's messing with us, or is there some great news on the horizon.
Maybe I should not even question an increase and just be grateful:)
