Was able to view it today. Interesting that Toshiba, Panasonic and NEC all had entries of 12/28/07 indicating the stipulation and order dismissiing. Panasonic and NEC had further entries on 1/30/08 indicating order dismissing case and civil action terminated. Not so for Toshiba. It would appear that Toshiba is still the open case in EDofT.
