How long before the Ts settle?

Why wouldn't the Ts take the same deal that the Js got? I don't think the Ts are going to offer the court anything more/better than what the Js did. Actually, to me, their case seems weaker. Could we be headed for a few more business resolutions and MOUs? Opty
