AMD blinked and thought that Ptsc was going to get sole ownership. they spent maybe 4mill. A fair chunk of change to throw down the towlet. Just another example of why AMD isn`t profitable. They do dumb deals. And Intel eats everyones lunch. You got to wonder what is really wrong with the IGNITE processor. It gets high marks but no users. The only thing positive is Ptsc was on the recieving end for a change.
