I agree - nothing is absolute (and that's why I included a couple of caveats in my post). Just another clue to be considered, or not, but this one's pretty strong IMO.
As far as our overall situation, this doesn't change things all that much really, IMO. The kingpin remains the PTO decisions. This PACER may open doors of thought (or secure them open), but if we get through the PTO in good shape, the Js and possible others and the Ts may/should just be amongst a large crowd of infringers. Their significance will be far less than we think, IMO, over the longer haul.
