What do others make of the plural cases? Perhaps that is the term which indeed is the marker for defining that the Js case is still pending.

IMO there are two cases pending in Texas. The Js and the one filed against the Ts. The latter is considered first filed because it includes a patent not included in the Calif case. That is the way I see it. What do others make of it? Opty
